Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website at getcoupling.com. The Coupling application that customers sign in to is covered by the privacy terms in each customer's license agreement, not by this page.
What this site collects
Nothing you type. The site has no accounts, no forms, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Two things happen automatically when any website loads, and they happen here too:
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We look at them only to keep the site running.
- Fonts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google the request for the font files (which includes your IP address). Google's handling of that request is described in Google's privacy policy.
Booking a demo
"Book a demo" takes you to a scheduling page run by Microsoft Bookings on Coupling's Microsoft 365 account. The name, email, phone number and answers you enter there are used to schedule and run the demo and to follow up with you about it. They are stored in Coupling's Microsoft 365 tenant and are not shared with anyone else. Ask us at the address below if you want them deleted.

Where this site links to another company's site, that company's privacy policy applies there.
Your choices
You can read this site without giving us anything. To see, correct or delete information you gave us when booking a demo, email demo@coupling.net. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; because this site collects no personal information beyond what is described above, those requests are handled by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
