These terms cover the website at getcoupling.com and the demo booking page it links to. By using them you agree to these terms. The Coupling application that customers sign in to is governed by each customer's license agreement, not by this page.
What this site is for
The site describes the Coupling platform and lets you book a product demo. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation or a commitment to any feature, price or timeline; those are set only in a signed agreement.
Booking a demo
When you book a demo you agree to give accurate contact details and to use the booking page only to arrange a real conversation with us. We may cancel bookings that appear automated, duplicated or made under false details. Our privacy policy explains how booking details are handled.
Our content
The text, design, logos and the Coupling name on this site belong to Coupling LLC. You may read, print and share links to it. You may not copy the site or its content for another business, or present Coupling's name or logo as your own, without written permission.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it is error-free or always up, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent California law allows.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts for Orange County, California.
